A small group called The Environment Council of Central Queensland has started a legal intervention under a rarely used section of the National Environment laws, to ask Tanya Plibersek to reconsider the 19 proposals. Through their lawyers at Environmental Justice Australia they have made it easy for the minister to access scientific research, much of it paid for by the Government.
