Katie Allen is a specialist Equality and Inclusion Coach and Consultant, TEDx speaker, and host of the ‘Speaking of Inclusion’ podcast series.

With decades of experience in people and culture and commercial leadership positions, Katie is now on a mission to make inclusive conversations the norm in every workplace!

Through sharing her own moments of awakening, as well as her own mistakes, she wants you to get confident with having the real conversations that matter and getting rid of the fear of putting your foot in it.
