Mark Barber is the project lead and founder of ChainBois Web3 Gaming. Mark became interested in cryptocurrency in 2019. He saw that crypto provided users with a decentralized, fast & cost effective platform to manage their assets. He also believed that the traditional financial structure had flaws such as inflation, government interference, and was unfairly targeting those who couldn’t participate in financial institutions due to lack of documentation and other factors. After researching different blockchains, Mark came to believe that the Algorand blockchain had many advantages including speed, negligible gas fees and carbon friendliness.
