央廣95年了！聽友遍及五大洲、受過主持人影響的人不知凡幾，為拉近主持人與聽眾距離、服務廣大聽眾，了解聽友需求，期以信件、電子信箱，通訊軟體等直接與聽友溝通互動，以達到凝聚「央廣粉絲團」向心力，這個橋樑，就是「央廣即時通」，我們期待透過長期的互動，能維持舊聽友、爭取新聽眾。
【節目內容】
以多元化單元設計，使節目更輕鬆有趣，增加可聽性。
一、「有問必答」回覆聽友信件，播放點播歌曲。
二、「主持人會客時間」邀請央廣各節目主持人分享與聽眾互動的點點滴滴。
三、「央廣新鮮事」介紹央廣大小事，如：節目改版、新節目、新主持人、活動訊息等。
四、「聽友當家」聽友訪談、無事不聊，與最熟悉的陌生人，央廣主持人交流互動。
