Billionaire Mayor Bart, a corrupt and somewhat ludicrous politician, is up for reelection. He hopes to win reelection by a huge margin as a stepping stone to a presidential run. The protagonist is a feminist psychotherapist named Camille Collins. A surprising series of events turns Camille Collins into a major obstacle to Bart’s plan for winning reelection by a landslide.
