Hi, I'm Courtney a business owner and mom of 3 who has been working with moms for over 15 years. I struggled with making that Core Connection after having 3 C-sections myself and continue to work through the different stages of motherhood and the weight from perimenopause.
I have learned that through Posture and Breathing, along with whole body movements we can begin to strengthen and reconnect to our core. I have also helped many moms heal Diastasis Recti, lose postpartum and perimenopausal weight gain, and feel comfortable and confident in their body once again.
If you are ready to strengthen your core, lose the midsection weight, and gain the confidence you know is deep inside than this podcast is for you.
