What does work-life balance look like when it's working versus when it's not working for you?
Finding that elusive work-life balance is something a lot of people struggle to master. Throw in the work-from-home concept, and the ability to even separate home from work life seems impossible. According to Les, perhaps our approach to work-life balance is all wrong. Contrary to what the name suggests, it's not necessarily about devoting equal time to work and life. It's about being present and intentional in all our pursuits.
