I was nervous about hiring a coach the first time I did over 10 years ago. Like most people I know, I had 3 reasons I said I wasn't so sure it was a good idea. But now that I've hired several coaches and have been in hundreds of hours of coaching conversations with potential and paid clients, I have learned the 3 REAL reasons women avoid getting coached. In this episode, I share with you all the reasons women think we don't want to get coached and the 3 actual, deeper reasons we avoid coaching. I also share how I afforded to hire a coach for cash when I had a very tight budget. Listen up and see if you can identify yourself in the reasons I share with you. My intent in this episode is to bring greater awareness to any doubts you have and encourage you to consider what a little coaching could do for you. In this episode, I'll debunk 3 common myths about coaching. From busting time objections to tackling self-doubt, this episode is a goldmine for aspiring change-makers. Key Points • Time & money as coaching barriers • Status concerns deter coaching seekers • Overcoming skepticism in coaching value • The importance of a coach-client connections • Self-belief: The key to accepting coaching Ready to conquer your coaching hesitations? Let's unravel the reasons you're holding back! Let's get growing!
