When I working one on one with my clients, the one theme that always comes up is boundaries.
Maybe you’re like some, where you’re like “I don’t even know what boundaries are? So can I even know how to set them or what that feels like?”
Maybe for you boundaries feel harsh like you are being mean,
Maybe you’re a people pleaser, Maybe you are more of an empath.
You feel so overwhelmed because you can feel what everyone else is feeling; whether it’s people or environments, it’s hard for you to make your own choices because you are too connected to everyone.
Maybe you know what your boundaries, but you have a really hard time setting them and that’s where your work is.
Or maybe you’ve got them nailed in some places and in other places it’s challenging.
There are places where it can be sticky like family, career, friendships, partnerships, or maybe it’s the boundaries with yourself.
Maybe you’re not even sure if boundaries are the issue, but you deal with anxiety, digestive issues and chronic fatigue.
Maybe you have a hard time making choices or you really just don’t know or how to connect to your own life purpose.
