What does being healthy mean to you?

My question for you today is how do you measure health?

We all have been affected by the ‘diet culture’ and many of us have fallen into the ‘body shaming’ trap. I’d like to know your opinion because I’ve done it. At some point in my life, I was yo-yoing with my food and manipulating which ending being harmful to my body and not healthy.
Now I realize that when I’m really taking care of myself, there’s going to be a range in body weight.
As women we are meant to ebb and flow… sometimes because of emotions and other times it can be your hormones. To be healthy around your size is allowing some movement.
Here lays the importance of not being too hard on ourselves and we can really attack our bodies when our body isn’t the problem.
I am curious to know what health is to you and inviting you to use joy your barometer.
Why would you do something that it’s not fun?
When we are too rigid that’s when health turns into denial.
We’re here to be moderated and balanced. Cupcakes and brownies are not evil; it’s all about moderation and balance.
