Complicated. Long. Conflicting. Outdated. Contradictory. When it comes to the Bible, you’ve probably heard or maybe even thought that and more. That’s because, for a lot of us, the Bible just seems to cause more confusion than clarity. Teenagers are already asking questions, expressing doubts, and wrestling with the idea of faith. So, how can they begin to make sense of the Bible? What is it? How does it work? And why does everybody say it’s helpful when it doesn’t always feel that way? In this series, we’ll take a closer look at the documents that make up the Bible, why so many people trust them, how we can use them, and why we believe that context is key to connecting the ancient words of Scripture to modern times. Understanding the Bible is about more than knowing how to navigate its table of contents. This 4-week series will serve as the framework for how we will better understand the Bible and be able to apply it to our daily lives!
