In today's episode, I go over the concept of how we can either be the victim or hero in our own story. We can perceive life and reality as the world against us or as the person who never gave up. I feel having a victim mindset is a habit to a lot of people including myself sometimes, so let's change that and start making a habit of being a hero ready to overcome adversity, overcome our emotions and overcome the things that we can't control.
