How do you learn what your unmet needs are: therapy, journaling, notice patterns and activators, explore your wounds, look for imbalances, ask loved ones

I will tell you right now, there’s one word that will give you happiness- one. You’ll remember it as long as you live: PROGRESS. Progress equal happiness. So if you’re asking yourself, “What is my purpose?” what you’re really asking for is progress - a TRUE sense of fulfillment.
