If some teacher or self-proclaimed prophet teaches doctrines that are contrary to the Scriptures, they must be rejected. We also learn about the connection between doctrine and deed as we show how sinful deeds are part of the fruit of those who have wayward doctrine. Be on guard against the wolves in sheep’s clothing who desire to pillage Christ’s flock through their empty words.
