VANLIG EPISODE - I denne episoden retter vi blikket mot Wake Island, som var et av Japans første mål da landet angrep USA i desember 1941. Samtidig som japanske fly bombet USAs stillehavsflåte ved Pearl Harbor, ble den langt mindre basen på Wake Island beleiret av en større japansk styrke. Dermed måtte de 450 amerikanske soldatene på øya bruke julen på å utkjempe en desperat forsvarskamp.
