Whose that Pokemon: Bulbasaur
Episode 1/3 - The Starter Pokemon
In this episode, Ash quickly encounters a Bulbasaur and while he fails to catch it, he is determined to find it again. They traverse through the forest, coming across pitfalls and traps to slow their progress, leading to Brock falling into the river. He meets back up with them and introduces them to Melony, a lovely lady who opened up a Pokemon sanctuary in the middle of the forest, to take in weak, injured and abandoned pokemon, with a Bulbasaur in tow to guard the village. Wouldn't be an episode without team rocket who attempt to steal these Pokemon, but with a Bulbasaur on his side, I think Ash will have it in the bag.
