لطالما اعتقدت بأن للإنسان فصول ومواسم يُزهر حينًا ويتساقط في حين آخر وتضنيه حرارة الشمس وبرودة الطقس أحيانًا أخرى في موسم ربيع الإنسان ستجده يعيش الحب، الفرح، أو حالة زهو بما ملك، وفي شتائه قد يعاني برد الفقد والإشتياق وفي صيفه تتعبه شدة الحركة والسعي ولكنه لا يتوقف، أما في موسم خريفه تجده يعاني التشتت وتساقط الكثير مما ظنّ به خيرًا وتكسّر معتقداته التي آمن بها طويلًا. إن مررت بموسم تشتت ماذا تفعل!
