●跨太平洋夥伴全面進步協定(CPTPP)的執行委員會將於27、28日在輪值主席國加拿大登場。而台灣已於2021年9月時申請加入CPTPP，如何觀察台灣申請加入的進展？如台灣加入CPTPP可做出哪些貢獻？
