SeaQuett Eudell is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience who has been on a continuous mission to improve the health and well-being of underprivileged communities by using a collaborative approach to provide quality care. She works to ensure there are continuous and ongoing efforts to achieve measurable improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness in the quality of health services to achieve equity and improve the health of these communities. Currently, she is working as a Quality Improvement of Patient Safety Nursing Supervisor at John Hopkins Healthcare in addition to making home visits to ensure women and their newborns are receiving appropriate postpartum and newborn care.

Khalilah E. Ballard is a Department Administrator at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) in the People, Culture & Inclusion Department. She provides administrative support and special project support in her department.

Khalilah also sits on the Board of Directors for Fresh Start Project DC which is a non-profit organization that builds meaningful construction career opportunities for discouraged workers in the Washington D.C. area through quality job-training, industry mentorship, and wrap-around community support.
Crystal Ballard is the Prince George’s County Economic Development Coordinator which involves her assisting with planning county events and trainings in addition to managing significant data of a variety of businesses in the county.As a serial Entrepreneur, Crystal manages several businesses. She provides unique experiences at an array of events with her 360 photo booth. She co-owns and co-manages a commercial building with her husband. Most recently, she has entered the financial service industry as a Life insurance agent where she aims to educate and guide individuals and their families to get out of debt and build wealth.

Ashlley Ballard, Esq. provides litigation support to the federal government in the area of e-Discovery. E-discovery is a fairly new but growing area of the law that involves using a collection of electronic data in litigation proceedings. She has over 4 years of experience in litigation support.
