If you are looking to lose serious weight, as much as 50 pounds in 3 months, I have 5 golden rules of fat loss to share with you today.

Some of these may be controversial, but as a former obese man who went from 250 pounds to 170 pounds, and 34% body fat to as low as 6% body fat, they work.

I’ve applied this to thousands of students and it works for all walks of life.

Let’s start with the first golden rule.

1. Calories in vs. Calories out is a myth

2. Snacking all day does not revv up your metabolism, it destroys it! Snacking is aging you faster

3. Fat adaptation is key

4. Test your insulin levels. Avoid frequent insulin spikes

5. Ancient healing strategies over modern quick fixes
