Julie joins us for a serious CTA to stop artificially inflating and deflating OASIS scores - aka fraudulently representing a patient's clinical condition as being highly impaired on admission and making significant progress throughout POC - when this is FAR from reality. She discusses the negative downstream effects this can have- it only further exacerbates continued pressures from insurance companies, as well as makes it easy for the professional pandemic of clinicians underdosing our patients continue to spread.
