Host Bonnie Bernstein talks with Janet Judge, co-founder of the Education & Sports Law Group, LLC. Judge played soccer, basketball and ran track as a student at Harvard and participated in the first-ever women’s soccer national championship in 1980. Shortly thereafter, as a law student pursuing her degree at Boston University, she also was the soccer and basketball coach at Simmons College. Judge specializes in Title IX law and regularly represents and advises NCAA Division I, II and III schools and conferences regarding Title IX equity compliance and athlete well-being. The NCAA continues the celebration of the 50th anniversary of Title IX with a new nine-part College Sports Conversations series hosted by Bonnie Bernstein, one of the most accomplished female sports journalists in history.
