To celebrate, I am chopping it up with my good brother, Dr. Marcus Nevius, Associate Professor of History and Africana Studies at the University of Rhode Island. In today's convo, Brotha Dr. Nevius and I discuss why he chose to become a historian, his route to become a scholar of marronage and slave resistance, the great Dr. Leslie Alexander, and much much more.
