Today, I am thrilled to have Alex Kang with us, who has recently started his own restaurant in Northern Virginia called Okonomi. Okonomi currently offers that same pick and choose style as Chipotle and Cava, but with asian bowls. His goal is to one day make Okonomi a global chain.
