Enthusiasm and vitality were not descriptions used by Kyla Meuer 5 years ago. Physical and emotional pain and her sole focus on success and money were wearing her down. She gratefully realized there was more to living a full life. As a former corporate marketing manager, she has transformed her life and vibrancy by turning inwards. She was burnt out, disconnected and felt powerless, she went from program to program searching for the next right opportunity and found herself completely depleted and no better off. She discovered that the true key to living a fulfilled and vibrant life is having a lifestyle practice.
