Megan is a mother of twin toddlers and stepmom to teenagers. Megan is a registered social worker, Behavioural health consultant, clinical Educator and Life Coach.
She supports patients of any age in healthy goal setting, improving personal and professional relationships, and strengthening their coping skills by practising self-care and strong boundaries. She is amongst the most delightful women I’ve met and continue to admire.
