Join me today on Politics & Prose for episode 2 of season 2, where I'll sit down with Pastor Derrick Holmes to discuss protecting our mental health through this traumatic political divide. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it's important to focus on protecting ourselves during this time, especially as we head into the summer months when politics can be a hot topic at gatherings with friends and family. During our discussion, Derrick will share five to seven strategies we can use to deal with our current political climate. Tune in to hear our conversation.
