Today, we welcome bank teller turned financial powerhouse Mike Lowe onto the podcast. Mike Lowe is a Local Mortgage Loan Officer who currently services the Central Valley and the Central Coast. Additionally, he is also licensed and helps home buyers in the state of Texas as well. Mike has been involved in lending for 16 years and is also a partner in his company CORE Home Loans which is a direct mortgage lender.
In addition to lending, Mike has found himself in the middle of a handful of unorthodox and unique investment opportunities in the Valley as well as California’s Central Coast. In today's discussion, Mike shares his inspiring journey, some of his most lucrative investment deals in the Central Coast, and a brief overview of the current state of the mortgage market.
