He is a registered Industrial Psychologist, gamification specialist and holds an MBA with an impressive contribution to the industry is. He is a member of the People Assessment in Industry (PAI) committee, and the Steering Committee of the ATP (Association of test Publishers) presenting regularly at conferences.
