Fam, I am NOT all about the ‘New Year, New Me’ thing. I feel like so many of us set ourselves up for failure by setting unrealistic expectations that ultimately lowers our self worth and self trust.
What I AM about is first of all, CELEBRATING all of your WINS - and I mean REALLY celebrating, not just saying it.
Secondly, I want to invite you to look at what challenges you faced in 2022 and really look deeper at the lessons attached to them, so that you can learn from them and then plan out your 2023 to truly integrate and EMBODY these lessons.
