They also take audience questions, diving into burnout and the significance of credibility, reliability, and relatability in leadership.

Karl also invites you to start a book club discussion around his new book. The first five groups of 6-8 (or more) people that start a book club discussion around the "The Cave, The Road, The Table, The Fire" will will a free 30 minute session with Karl. Details are in the episode!
