Sophie Schauermann LCSW is a licensed therapist at her private practice, Rooted Rhythm Therapy and Parent Coaching, based in Denver, CO. She has guided hundreds of families with highly sensitive children out of stress and into wellness. She is wife to Kendra's big brother, Kendall (who is also a therapist) and step mom to two amazing kiddos (age 4 and 6). Sophie is also currently completing a doctorate in Jungian depth psychology and plans to write her dissertation on the soul connection between parents and kids.
