Written and starring Twisted Sister’s Dee Snyder as the titular, tatted and pierced “Captain Howdy.” The film also stars a baby Linda Cardellini and Amy Smart, and follows a modern primitive psychopath who stalks young teens in chatrooms, kidnaps them, and tortures them with body modification. Robert Englund also makes an appearance, so it’s worth a watch if you still haven’t seen it. Listen to why we think this is a time capsule for the beginnings of the “strange land” that is known as the internet.
