This week I have another special guest for you, Mandy Manners.

Mandy Manners is an ICF Accredited Trauma-Informed Life and Recovery Coach. She has co-authored two books: Love Yourself Sober and Love Your Sober Year.

Mandy is also a public speaker on panels, podcasts and provides workshops to raise awareness and de-stigmatize experiences of trauma, mental ill health and substance use disorders.

In this interview, Mandy shares her story of recovery from alcohol addiction, trauma and burnout. She talks through her life with addiction and how it allowed her to gain a better understanding of herself and her addiction, and set her up with tools and strategies for sustaining her recovery in the outside world.

Even though I myself have never had issues with alcohol I found her story very inspiring and I am sure you will as well. Enjoy!
