George Mumford is a mindfulness and performance expert known for his work with athletes and teams in the field of sports psychology. He gained recognition for his role in teaching mindfulness and meditation techniques to the Chicago Bulls during their championship years in the 1990s, working closely with legendary coach Phil Jackson and basketball icons like Michael Jordan. George has also worked with other professional sports teams, including the Los Angeles Lakers. Beyond sports, he has extended his expertise to various fields, applying mindfulness practices to enhance performance, well-being, and overall mental health.
