This one comes hot on the heels of an "SOS" type conversation a member of my team had with a practice owner who, in her own words, is "$1,000's in debt and ready to close the practice."
I don't give you advice to get out of debt or keep it open, only my thoughts on why such a thing happens in the first place in the hope you can avoid it or change course quickly if you think it's going to happen to you.
