The Premium Pete Show Presents: Life Gems with Premium Pete 💎 Internets! We are back once again with a new episode of LIFE GEMS! Thank you for all the love and support! In this episode we will talk about the topic of fear and how you should lean into it instead of running away from it. Fear can cause a lot of things like stress & anxiety. I discuss ways that we can lean into fear and position ourselves in a space where that feeling can be used positively. To keep things simple we'll focus on these key topics: 🥇Identifying fear: What’s making you fearful? What’s triggering that fear in you? Identifying what exactly is causing fear is step #1. Maybe it’s a fear of making a change even though you know deep down it’s the best thing for you. Whatever it is knowing what is that’s getting to you helps you work out ways to deal with it. I share some of my personal experiences with leaning into fear and things I do to help push myself through the feeling. 🥈Leaning into the fear: When you lean into fear that’s where the magic happens. I seen this in my own life many times. Easier said than done. But once you identify what’s causing you fear, you can then come up with a plan to overcome it and use it to your advantage! Listen as I talk about some ways I use this feeling to motivate me. 🥉Positivity and repetition: With time and repetition you’ll build confidence in what you are doing and that is a feeling of positivity. Something you were once fearful of, you can now feel good about. I talk about how this outlook has benefited my life. Internets, don't forget to DIG in the catalog.
