Meet Dr. Kat Ringenbach and David Powell. Dr. Kat Ringenbach is a professor of psychology in Orange County, and David Powell is the Executive Director of the Desert Business Association (DBA) in the Coachella Valley. Both are parents with unique stories to share. Dr. Ringenbach, an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, opens up about her relationship with her daughters, one of whom has recently come out as asexual. Mr. Powell, with children from a previous marriage, discusses how his family unit and relations evolved after he came out.
