After spending over a decade in the automotive industry as a Shop Foreman/Master Technician for VW/Audi, Nick decided he had reached a breaking point. Fed up with the early morning commutes and 70-hour weeks, he decided to spend more time on his real estate portfolio. In 2018, that focus switched to multifamily.

Since then he has closed over 200 units and $20M in apartment communities in Austin, TX, and now focuses on real estate full-time. He attributes his success to the power of hard work, accountability, mentorship, and surrounding yourself with motivated people who push you to the next level.
