Jeff Greenberg, MBA Since 2007 Jeff has been investing in multi-family and student housing assets in various markets throughout the United States. He has extensive experience on all aspects of MF acquisitions and operations. He currently focuses on underwriting, due diligence, and investor relationships. Jeff also runs several Real Estate meetings and educates and mentors new investors.

He is currently the CEO and Managing member of Synergetic Investment Group, LLC (SIG)

Jeff has been involved with MF projects valued at over $30 million consisting of over 1000 units. SIG currently controls over 300 student housing beds in properties in Georgia, Arizona and Ohio. SIG currently focusing on value add Student Housing, Market Rate MF and Senior Living MF properties.

Prior to forming SIG Jeff has had over forty years experience in management, staff supervision, development and training. He has proposed, implemented, and supervised multi million dollar budgets for government agencies, as well as private and public organizations.
