تقریبا حدود ۱۵ سال پس از شهادت طاهره قرة‌العین، طائره در طهران به دنیا آمد. او شاعر، نویسنده، ناطق و فعال حقوق زنان و از دنبال‌کنندگان راه طاهره بود. او تلاش‌های بسیاری برای آزادی و حقوق زنان انجام داد و مقالاتی در روزنامه‌های ایران منتشر کرد.
