Despite being quarantined, I can't imagine any sportsman sitting at home doing nothing. It's just not in our blood. Let's face it, our playground is the great outdoors and we practice lots of social distancing without the restrictions of COVID-19. But, there may be some other things we can do to stay in hunt-ready shape and we thought of nobody better to give us some at home fitness ideas to stay bow-ready than Brian Austin of Beast Mode Archery.
