Episode 4 - Self-Kindness Guided Meditation - Part 1

To begin this mediation, please bring kind awareness to:
- how your stomach, chest and head feel when you reflect on this topic
- the emotions that you can associate with these feelings
- the positive and negative impact of any stories you believe or have been told in regards to this topic
- the fact that many others are feeling the same way about this topic as you (you are not alone!)
- how you might feel with increased awareness around this topic
- when you can apply increased awareness or mindfulness to this topic in your day-to-day life
Find somewhere comfortable to sit - with a little space if you wish to move around.
Give yourself time to work through this meditation and be aware of the thoughts, emotions and feelings it brings up for you. Don't judge yourself and don't compare yourself to others as you work through this.
Be open to the unconditional love, peace and safety this topic can bring.
I've split this meditation into 2 parts - part 2 is out next week - and you can work through each separately or one after the other. It's great for helping you connect with your body.
