今天要講的教育說書，是一本由兩位美國社會學家，發現名校畢業、擁有令人羨慕工作的女性，許多會選擇回歸家庭，因此研究這些菁英媽媽離職的原因，出版了一本菁英媽媽想辭職，十多年後，追蹤這些離職的菁英媽媽們，發現有8成回歸職場，繼續研究回歸職場的原因、方式等等，在2019年出版『菁英媽媽想上班』，2022年出版中文版本。
作者之所以寫出這本書，是為了讓所有的媽媽們知道，即便是這些擁有很好經濟條件、亮麗的學經歷菁英媽媽們，在回歸職場的過程中，還是遇到非常多挫折，藉此為媽媽們加油打氣，失敗與挫折是常態，勇敢踏出那一步，實現自我。今天就讓我們一起來聊聊這本書：
