The inevitable happened again. We all ate too much over Christmas and now we’re looking for ways to reduce the consistent bloat.

Well, have you thought about just skipping breakfast and eating less? Because that’s pretty much what Intermittent Fasting is (if you do the 16/8 method).

Unless you’re a hardcore breakfast lover, on paper it sounds pretty easy - eat less calories by restricting the times at which you eat - but what’s it like in practice? What about the H-ANGER?!

Like, have you ever heard anyone say, “Yea I was pretty much a cranky pri*k because I was hungry all the time” after they tried it? I haven’t. But is it wrong to be suspicious of that?

This week, we’re looking into all the research behind why anyone would bother with Intermittent Fasting, talking our usual sh*te throughout with a very loosely related game at the end. Next week we’ll talk about our experience (and if we can confirm the “cranky pri*k suspicion”).

Liked this episode or have a suggestion for something we should bother doing? We’d love your review!
