#003 Managing your Energy Biscuits

For many years, there has been Spoon Theory. And it basically goes that every morning, a person wakes up and you have a certain number of spoons. And throughout the day, you use spoons - for getting up, interacting with other people, with the tasks you need to do.
You have spoons. And once you run out of spoons, you are spoon-less.
However, I personally prefer the term energy biscuits, Energy biscuits is something that you can use in very different ways. Because you can have a barrel full of biscuits, you can be crumbs in the bottom of your biscuit barrel, you can bake yourself some new biscuits, you can burn your biscuits.
