Postpartum Is Forever - with Keturah Stoltenberg

Today I speak with Julia Jones, the founding director and lead educator

at Newborn Mothers, which is a global postpartum education business.

Julia has worked in postpartum care for 15 years and has trained thousands of

postpartum professionals in over 60 countries. Julia has written a best-selling

book called, 'Newborn Mothers : When a Baby is Born, So is a Mother.'

She provides postnatal education to the world so that parents receive the respect

and reverence they deserve. She is committed to postnatal education that

is both based on scientific evidence and cultural care and is dedicated to advocacy

for publicly funded postpartum care.

Julia lives by the beach in Fremantle, Western Australia with her family and

three chickens and she is obsessed with tea. It's got to be loose tea, strong and served

in a teapot.

Her favourite thing to do on the weekends is hike on the Bibulin Track.
