A lot of newborn families think that those first several weeks equal sleepless nights, never being able to put your baby down, survival mode, and pure exhaustion. And I’m not pretending those things aren’t real – there will absolutely be sleepless nights, newborn babies definitely love those snuggles (as do we!), some days you are just surviving diaper to diaper and feeding to feeding, and you’re tired. We are not meant to run on two hours of sleep at a time.

AND I want to shout it from the rooftops…newborn sleep help exists, and there are practical and tangible tips you can apply from day one to help establish a sleep foundation for your newborn!

On today's episode, you'll hear from Abby as she shares what it was like to work with a sleep consultant from the time her daughter, Hazel, was just 10 days old until she was 12 weeks old. You'll learn the highs and lows of those first 12 weeks of sleep, as well as what the rest of Hazel's first year of sleep looked like!

Check out our newborn sleep course and the different ways we can support you in your newborn sleep journey.

Snag our free guide to newborn sleep to learn three routines we recommend implementing from the start!
