Welcome to a new series, friends! This is going to be our Sunday special for awhile... I'm calling it Sophia Sundays, or Sophia's wisdom for the week. Each Sunday, I am setting aside some time to connect myself to the Goddess Sophia, to the Sacred Feminine, to Mother Creator of All, to the network of all those energetic beings (aka Isis, Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, etc.) who have guided humanities journey to heart centeredness... to love. This week, our first week here, we received some beautiful messages. First, remember: the children are gifts to us all and are not meant to be dismissed from our lives- they are the golden future. Second, we are moving into a time where the feminine is moving into balance with the masculine. No longer do the teachings and lifestyles of the masculine supercede the teachings and the lifestyles of the feminine. We are moving into harmonic unity. Have you ever pondered over the purpose of emotions and what they mean for the human experience? Well, because I definitely have! As a high feeling person, I have often wondered what feeling adds to my life experience, what it all means, and why the heck we have them. In today's episode, I have the opportunity to work through identifying some of my own stored emotion in my womb area while releasing that which no longer is meant to be store. We really want to get to a place of more spaciousness inside of our bodies, and to do this we need to view emotional reaction as just a wave, or a burst of wind. It wants to be acknowledged, felt, but then released - it is when we hold onto an emotional reaction, and stew on it, or make it super personal and allow it to convince our minds that something is true- that is where we run into problems. In fact, this is the exact opposite of what we want to do! Storing emotional beliefs in our bodies cause imbalance, dysregulation, and dysfunction. For our highest health, we need to each take the time to release or heal our past stored emotions. The journey really is never ending, but when it comes to how much we can achieve as individuals- when it comes to living your highest expression, the life your higher self said is the best scenario when planning your life experience- it is necessary to do this practice, and do it continuously.…

I have found that asking Mother Earth and my Spirit Team about the meaning of seasons has become one of my favorite things to do! Spring is all about renewal, rebirth, new life, forward momentum, and planning/ envisioning what you want to experience in life.... and how flipping cool is it that it ties in so perfectly with my continued study of the Divine Feminine energy. Going into this session, I had the idea to understand more how a seed could possibly contain the blueprints of life- something so small with so much potential. Spirit showed up and blew that topic right out of the water for me. Instead of focusing on plants and biology and growth cycles, I received a big time transmission about soul creation, soul growth, soul purpose and soul expansion. Truly incredible! On top of that, I received some beautiful information about the symbolism of the egg (or cosmic egg) -- something that appears to be quite a unique but prevalent symbol in more ancient/ early human cultures. One of the first messages I received from the Akashic Records and my Higher Self, was to learn the ways of 'Earthkeeping.' At the time, this was not a phrase I had heard of before - so it was both exciting and a bit overwhelming trying to figure out exactly what that meant. Now, almost 3 moths later, I have begun to study and practice the ways of Earthkeeping as laid out in this book: The Four Insights: Wisdom, Power and Grace of the Earthkeepers by Alberto Villoldo, Ph.D. I absolutely highly recommend it to anyone who is feeling tugged to follow a similar path of exploration.
