Join Lola, Amaral, and Pamela as we confess that when we were new to the spiritual journey, we didn't know about chakras whatsoever. We had to teach ourselves about these spinning wheels of life force energy that fuel the body for optimal flow, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
In this episode, we introduce people to the chakra system, what they reprent in terms of energy flow, where they can be found on the human body, what it means to have a "blocked" chakra, and what can be done to activate them.
